Ovation Celebrity Deluxe CS-253 AC/EL Classical Guitar, OP24+ Electronics, OHSC. This beautiful cinnamon colored guitar is in excellent condition! It is free of scratches, pick swirl, dings, gouges and dents. The white binding does have some brown staining on it from use. The Ovation hard shell case is in excellent condition as well. I purchased this guitar online from a guitar dealer in Malaysia five years ago. These Ovation classical guitars with the multi-sound holes are virtually impossible to find in the United States. They are mostly available overseas from Japan and, even then, it is rare to come across one in this great a condition. I cleaned and polished it, set it up with a low action and added the Native American fretboard decals and fret markers along the neck. I also added a rosewood armrest, new ball-end strings and a gel pick holder. All of the add-ons can easily be removed if you do not want them without causing any damage to the guitars wood. Other than testing it out, I have not played it. It has remained in its case this whole time. I have another, identical green flame top Ovation CS-253 that I play regularly. The battery holder does have a tiny chip on its corner, (see photo). It can easily be replaced with a new one, (they are available on ebay).
